Updated October 23, 2026. Rumorix uses browser storage and security tools to remember preferences, preserve unfinished forms, and prevent abuse.
What Rumorix uses
Local storage remembers saved events, selected area, filters, theme preferences, and cached event data on this browser. These entries have no automatic expiry set by Rumorix and can remain until replaced or cleared.
Session storage holds the unfinished Easy Submit form, including optional contact details and notes. Drafts saved within the last two hours can be restored in the same tab; a successful submission clears the saved draft. A restored browser session may also restore tab storage.
Cloudflare security features may use technical cookies or challenge storage to protect pages and forms. These are separate from Rumorix's saved-event and form-draft storage.
Why those tools are used
These tools help the site remember your preferences, keep browsing smoother, and protect forms from spam or abuse.
These saved preferences and drafts are used for site functions, not advertising profiles.
Third-party services
Rumorix uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, including Turnstile verification on forms. Its tools process technical request and browser signals to help detect abuse.
An event's source or ticket website has its own storage and privacy practices when you follow its link.
Managing your choices
You can clear Rumorix site data or adjust cookie settings in your browser. Clearing cookies alone may not clear local or session storage. Clearing site data can remove saved events, preferences, and unfinished form drafts.
If you block all storage or security-related tools, some parts of the site may not work as expected, including saved events and other local preferences.
Changes to this page
Rumorix may update this page as the product, hosting setup, or security tools change.
If those changes are meaningful, this page will be updated so the site stays clear about how storage is being used.
