Join Benton-Franklin Health District at the Richland Public Library for a FREE Car Seat Check Clinic. Walk ins are welcome, but you can also schedule an appointment with a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician by emailing ben.thomas@bfhad.wa.gov. We encourage all family members and caretakers to come and learn how to properly install your child's car seat or booster seat. No cost seats are available for eligible families.
