City of Richland Open House - Comprehensive Land Use Plan

An Open House for the draft Plan and draft Regulations will be held October 7, 2026 at the Richland Public Library from 6 pm to 8 pm in the Gallery. The first Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission in late October and Plan Adoption is expected in December 2026. The City’s Planning staff will share the work and answer questions that may arise such as: What codes changes are proposed to increase available housing options in the City? or Will zoning maps be changing? You are invited to remain - or become – involved and there are many options for participating and commenting on the proposals, helping to shape our City’s future.
