Exclusive Winemaker Dinner with Marcus Rafanelli & Chef Gregory Schnorr Saturday, November 7, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Join us for the centerpiece of Fall Release Weekend: an intimate, multi-course culinary experience at Woodward Canyon. This exclusive evening brings together the artistry of Winemaker Marcus Rafanelli and the seasonal mastery of celebrated local Chef Gregory Schnorr. The Culinary Vision With 20 years of experience teaching Culinary Arts, Chef Schnorr brings an incredible, world-class pedigree to our table. His impressive career spans Wolfgang Puck’s kitchens and a formative tenure under farm-to-table pioneers Vincent & Tyla Nattress at the renowned Roux in St. Helena. Today, Chef Greg is deeply rooted in the Walla Walla community. When he isn’t hosting his weekly culinary radio show, The Cookie Dance, he is busy operating his local hobby farm. The evening’s menu will be a hyper-local, farm-to-table tribute to the autumn harvest, utilizing fresh ingredients raised and grown by the Chef himself and sourced from the Walla Walla Farmers Market. Each course will be beautifully paired with Woodward Canyon wines, including rare library selections and our new fall releases.
