Little Explorers: Hooray for Bats! Flap, swoop, and explore the fascinating world of bats! Children will discover how bats fly, where they live, what they eat, and why these nighttime animals are important to our environment. Seasonal stories, songs, movement, crafts, and hands-on activities will help young learners see bats as helpful and remarkable animals—not something to fear. This program is part of Screech Week at the REACH, beginning Saturday, October 17, with STEAM Workshop: Spooky Science! and leading up to Screech at the REACH on Friday, October 23. Little Explorers is designed for preschool-aged children, ages 3–5, but all young learners and their caregivers are welcome. Free for REACH Members and included with general admission.
